We are an Indianapolis-based, free community food swap, striving to inspire creativity, build community, and spread good cheer. We trade homemade items and enjoy the company of new and old friends.

Indy Food Swaps are free, but you must be registered in advance to participate. We use Eventbrite to post swaps and issue tickets, and your homemade treasure is the only currency allowed.

Indy Food Swappers was inspired by the BK Swappers (Brooklyn), the ATX Swappers (Austin), the MPLS Swappers (Minneapolis) and the PDX Foodswap (Portland), and joins a growing number of sister swaps around the country. Sending a special shout out and swap love to Kate Payne, the author of The Hip Girl’s Guide to Homemaking, and the fairy godmother of the current food swap swoon-o-rama.
